Acest manechin superlight 100 cm este special creat pentru antrenamentul de judo, ju jitsu, lupte, aikido, MMA. Fiind usor, el permite imbunatatirea tehnicii, atat la copii cat si la tineri si adulti.  Acesta poate fi folosit in versiunea GI (cu bluza de kimono)  si NO-GI (fara bluza de ” kimono”). In versiunea GI, acest manechin superight este imbracat cu o bluza de gi (“kimono”) ce este fixata pe manechin cu o centura trecuta prin doua gaici de siguranta. Acest lucru permite exersari fluide, fără pauze pentru aranjarea gi-ului sau obi-ului. (centurii). Avand picioarele departate, mainile indoite si avand si cap, manechinul permite exersarea unei game nelimitate de procedee. In plus, pentru ca acest manechin judo superlight este prevazut in spate cu o gaica, el poate fi conectat cu un cablu elastic (Sandow) la spalier. Acest lucru da posibilitatea de a antrena in mod repetitiv intrari la procedee ( Uchi-komi )

Pretul include manechinul . Bluza de gi si centura nu sunt incluse in pret pentru ca produsul sa fie cat mai economic.

In the GI version, the superlight dummy is dressed with a gi top that is fastened to it with a belt through two safety gaiters. This allows a fluid training without breaks to arrange the gi or obi. (belt). As the dummy is equipped a head, two legs apart and 2 bent hands, it allow a very reach pallet of techniques to be practiced. In addition, because this superlight dummy is provided at the back with a gaiter, it can be connected with an elastic cable (Sandow) to the wall bars. This gives the opportunity to train repeatedly trowing simulations ( Uchi-komi).

The price includes the belt. The gi top is not included in the price so that the product is as economical as possible.
